as of this date I have not heard from Angela or Scarletbirdvintage. I bought and paid for this dress on 2/14/12, and have given the seller ample time to reply to my inquiries. This was my 1st purchase on etsy,( though have bought multiple items off ebay, 100% rating) I have left several messages, no reply. at this point, I am considering this transaction as "theft" of my money and am filing a claim with Etsy. Buyers beware, a very, very poor way to run a business!
