I am an ex furniture designer turned full time artist and indie crafter. Embroidery was my first crafting crush. I repurpose leather and fabric items and turn them into one of a kind hand embroidered wallets, wall art and accessories. Recently I've expanded the sewZinski brand to include a new line of eco-friendly hand painted ceramics. Color, texture, function and environmentally sound practices are my basis for design.

My love for handmade runs deep. I am inspired and interested in South American, Polish, and Asian folk art. Pop culture references and animals, both real and mythical, often make an appearance in my work. I embroider and paint images that make me smile and hope they connect to a happy place within you as well. Addicted to the process of creating, I love collaborating with customers to create unique pieces that reflect their own inner artist and making their ideas a reality though my designs.

My work has been featured in Do It Yourself Magazine, CrossStitcher Magazine, and Hoopla: The Art of Unexpected Embroidery by Leanne Prain.
