At first I started with making jewelry. When I first began, I was using plastic beads. I didn't want to get to much into the purchase of supplies just in case jewelry making wasn't for me. My love for making jewelry has grown as well as the materials that I use. Now I use real stones, glass beads, and mostly sterling silver. I can't wear fake metals so I don't use them. I do use some silver plated and stainless steel. I also use beading wire instead of thread. I find that my creations hold up better. My imagination has grown along with my passion.

Then in 2008, I lost my mother. I became extremely depressed and needed something else to keep my mind occupied. I stepped foot into my first quilting class and have blossomed from there. I now make quilts and other sewn items. I make some of my patterns up myself. I do custom work now and have made them for friends and family.

Another craft that I do, but haven't listed, is cross stitch. I have done cross stitching for the last 20 years.

This year I have started making stone inlay pieces into wood. I really love making these and just recently started making my own plaques. Keep checking back. I will be adding these to my shop as I get them completed.
