I only ordered a sample so far and maybe the actual order would have been made with more care- but the ribbon was a bit tethered where cut instead of a clean sharp edge on each end. In addition, the RSVP card had a gold damask printed on it with a printer that was running out of toner- there are stripes in it and a weird yellow instead of gold in some spots. I will not be ordering a set in fear that this may be the quality produced. It's a shame because it's a beautiful concept - just would have expected perfection for 5.50 a piece. Customer service was great however and very speedy delivery!
