Hi! My name is Shirley and I am the shop owner & designer of Something Ivory. I am currently studying at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, and have been working in a bridal salon for the past 5 years. Raised in Berkeley, California, I grew up being surrounded by my aunt's beads and silk scarves (she has a street vending table on Berkeley's famous Telegraph Ave). My journey in opening my own etsy shop started when I was asked to repair bridal accessories at work, and with the encouragement of friends and family, Something Ivory came along.
