About

My passion for clothing design was born in the thrift stores of Berks County, PA, where as a teenager I would take my newly found treasures home to deconstruct and then transform them into unique personal creations of my own. Later after completing a degree in geology, I returned to my calling to pursue a career in fashion design. I studied Fashion Design at The Art Institute of Philadelphia where my designs were selected to be featured at Phasion Phest Philadelphia, and later my collection was awarded "Best Portfolio" at graduation.

After graduation and a couple of short years working for companies that designed private label garments for a number of well-known brands, I started making hats to spur my creativity and get my own name out there. Word of mouth travelled fast and before I knew it I had a small business on my hands, selling locally on consignment and internationally in internet outlets. After starting a family I decided to stay home to raise my children and somehow find more time to dedicate to my business. While searching for outlets to better showcase my hats, I came across ETSY in a Philadelphia newspaper article and very soon after opened shop here.

I am inspired and driven by great fabrics. My work emphasizes fit and construction, which I have refined over the years. My designs are clean, easy and natural, never fussy or overworked. My custom hats offer an interesting and classy extension to your own unique personal style that you can wear every day.
