On a typical day in my life you would find me drinking a cup of coffee while staring at my latest project(s). I make everything from good faeries to bad faeries and the occasional dragon... oh and yes I make faery wings! I make both doll wings and costume wings so you too can be a faery for a day!

My studio is what I call beautiful chaos. I have all manner of shelves and cabinets put on the walls to hold all my supplies. My desk is 99% covered with jars and cups filled with sculpting tools and paintbrushes, containers overflowing with inspirational objects, many lazy susans and several armatures waiting for identities not to mention tons of glittering faery wings!

For company outside of the studio I have two little ladies, an adoring husband, four nutty and loving cats...and a few stray faeries lurking about in the nooks and crannies of my home.

I am a mostly self taught visual artist but have had the opportunity to work in several different creative outlets such as, costume design for theater, set design, interior design, jewelry design, photography... and so many others. I am what you would call a jack of all trades. I can easily pick up a medium and find a use for it be traditional or unconventional! If I know nothing about a medium, I will research it until I am satisfied I understand it enough to utilize it in my own way. I think most artists are this way...
