I am an English BA and MA, an avid reader, a lover of the written word in all its forms. My craft centers on the visually pleasing arrangement of words on a page, incorporating my love of words both as tools for communication and as works of art in themselves.

I'm very environmentally aware when I create by using recycled and responsibly-sourced papers, and shipping orders with recycled or biodegradable materials.

"What does your name mean??"

I am EMily Poe DASH Crawford and "the Dash" (Winston-Salem) is my home. The em dash (—) is also a reference to my grammatical / literary background. I'll miss Sparrow Nest Script, but I'm excited about the new directions Em Dash will allow my business to take!
