Having worked as a therapist and volunteer for over 22 years in the health profession I developed an appreciation and understanding of the balance we all need in our daily lives.

Not just working, but living a daily plan that incorporates the balance of our body, mind and spirit.

Part of my job was to give lectures in front of large audiences something that terrified me.This caused great anxiety manifesting itself in all sorts of areas of the body. It was during one of these times that I had my "a-ha" moment.

This led to me creating my own aromatherapy products for myself. My family was interested and started requesting products as well.

Aromatherapy is a natural way to use products without chemicals.

I strive to produce a line that benefits people by using only high quality,unadulterated pure essential oils and ingredients. My products are now and will remain, paraben free, phthalate free(including packaging), and sulfate free sls, free and organic. Vegan soap products too.

I use raw material from a reputable supplier.
I try to use recyclable packaging whenever possible. My jars and bottles are plastic PET(T) #1. The most highly and easily recyclable plastic.
