I've made jewelry since my first year as an 11-year-old campfire girl, where I learned to make a traditional mourning chokers with "my group leader", who also happened to be my Cherokee mother. I started selling my jewelry in 2003, while working as a marketing wench, photographer and jewelry designer for a large bead wholesaler.
