Shortly after marrying~ my husband and I moved to Lake Tahoe "temporarily", and have lived here ever since.
Having lived here for the past 17 years, I have come to love and appreciate the rugged beauty of Tahoe. It took many years before we felt comfortable calling ourselves "locals"! Tahoe has been a great blessing for our family and we love raising our 3 "Tahoe Girls" here.

Having been trained and having worked in photography, graphic design and fashion design industry, I have a love for anything creative. I enjoy the creative process of any project I am working on. My interest in working with metals began with a love for soldered charms. So this past summer, after "mastering" the basic techniques, I began experimenting with that medium and created my best seller and favorite piece to date, the Original TAHOE GIRL™ necklace. Having lived here for the past 17 years, I have come to love and appreciate the rugged beauty of Tahoe. It took many years before we felt comfortable calling ourselves "locals"! Tahoe has been a great blessing for our family and we love raising our 3 "Tahoe Girls" here.

Wanting to know and do more, I have started studying metalsmithing and am working with sterling silver in its different forms.
Everything here at Tahoe Girl™ is created by my own hands in my home studio, usually surrounded by my three girls, my feisty Yorkie, good music and my wonderful, supportive husband, who understands how the creative mind works and loves and supports me in all my creative endeavors~
