This clock came without any way to hang it on the wall. When the vendor was contacted, he could not have been nicer about it, refunding my original shipping charge and making sure that the replacement (I went with an upgrade to the koa wood version) arrived promptly. Really a great experience on so many levels. I am trying to resist ordering something else from his website, but suspect I'll give in and get myself a Shoji lamp in the not too distant future. One more thing: this clock is easy to read, even from a distance. Simple, beautiful design, you can't beat it!

While I liked the clock I originally ordered for my SO for Christmas, we decided to upgrade to this one instead. It's even more beautiful than the first one I had ordered, and the vendor made the return a breeze. I couldn't be happier, either with the clock or with the experience of buying it from such an accommodating person.
