I am a freelance illustrator and novelist in Portland, OR,
who likes lonely ghosts, introspective monsters, robots in love, and scary women.

In February 2013, my first book with Penguin will be available--a young reader';s edition of Wizard of Oz, just in time for the influx of new Oz-related movies! My illustrations can also be seen in the new middle grade novel 'Spartacus and the Circus of Shadows' from Raintown Press. http://raintownpress.com/book/spartacus-and-the-circus-of-shadows/ I also work with the award-winning MrsP.com to illustrate children's classics in a fresh way, and my work can also be seen on the occasional fantasy magazine cover.
