hare has been around for many years and has gained much wisdom and knowledge
In her younger years she was ruled by her head but now that she is older things are different
she is world wise but not so weary, has exquisite taste and a good eye (so she believes) and a good sense of dry, witty humour
however she can't believe the stuff she has amassed in her cupboards and what's more - can't believe that she foraged far and wide for it all way back then
just think - she could have been discovering other nations and meadows and glades and studying
instead of lugging home this and thats to please her hungry eye
instead of her mind
so hare is now a 21st hare, and she is with it, (as one would say) and has the online knack
and is, as the term is used - 'de-cluttering'
but hare prefers the term de-fluffing
and er, because she is still a hare with passion at heart, and old habits die hard (or usually not at all) she may pick up small tids and bits off shelves and table tops and by tree trunks and on the beaches as she comes across them
hare loves all animals, naturally, though she has found that the human ones are usually too messy and nosy when they visit her nest, they slop their tea over her rugs and eat all the biscuits, (and hare LOVES her biscuits) and they drop crumbs, plus they talk non stop, and peer around at all her treasures, and insist on having a second cup, even though all the biscuits have gone by this time, tut tut!
so she prefers the company of the field and woodland friends instead
... that way she still has some loose leaf and Abernethys for the next visitor ....
and she is bigger than most of them so it's easy to put them out when she tires of the intrusion, er, company
hare also has a helper - she uses Annette from

to help her with the tying of the string on the packages, and to put the parcels over the high counter at the PO
(hare doesn't like springing up and down on her hind legs, it's not good for her joints)
and the licking of stamps -
those are nasty things - how many times has she had Lizzy stuck to her upper lip, matting the fur down and putting glue on every hair,
not to mention those stray ones that find their way to the end of her long svelte whiskers, tut tut,
plus the taste is awful
if it were rose or elderberry she might relent ....
plus she gets Annette to reply to the convos - well Annette does the typing but hare is there putting the words into her mouth, er, paws, er, fingers
... and if ever there is a mishap - well, you can guess who is going to take the buck! or, as hare likes to say - fur-footed-boot ...

hare hasn't started to dabble in fine art yet but there is always time, it looks easy, painting, and she is sure she can do exactly the same - daub on a few slithers of gouache or watercolour or oils or what-not and whisk up one too -
but she would be giving solemn looking Miss Lisa a smile, with er, big white teeth (just 2 mind, at the front, in the middle, protruding over the lower lip)
(and besides - many cats can paint, as can horses and elephants - just google it - you may be surprised)
hare is a member of In the Making Team - creative treasury making for those with er, creativity (hare thought it was for big brains, but not so, brains do not equate to creativity, but a bit of nous in there can make it all the more spicier...)
