A little about us... we're a husband and wife team that began making invitations as a hobby and now that hobby has grown into a business "the original pear". Since its beginning, our hope has always been to create beautiful designs that bring a sense of happiness to everyone who sees them.

Our specialties include, wedding invitations, custom monograms, save the dates, ceremony programs, menus, seating cards, table numbers, and thank you cards. In addition, we also design birth announcements, baby and bridal shower invitations, holiday cards, bar/bat mitzvah invitations, as well as personalized and corporate stationery.

The story behind our name:

Initially, we didn’t know what to call ourselves… after meeting with wedding clients we realized each “pair” we worked with were very unique and special. Their personalities and love for each other inspired us to create "original" designs that showcased what their wedding was all about… so after brainstorming for a name “the original pear” seemed to make sense.
