Once upon a time corporate type moved south (very far south!) to the tip of the Florida peninsula and became inspired by a house and its surroundings. Found it difficult to find all the things I wanted for such an environment, so I started creating them. Upon moving to Winter Park, Florida, with my life partner of 19 years, dogs and our cat (R.I.P Miss Elle-roo & Serial), had new friends and neighbors begin requesting them and so, an Etsy artist was born. Had been a fanatic art-lover earlier in life, and am happy to be re-discovering that side of myself. Hope others on Etsy, as friends and neighbors before, will see them either as great additions to a character rich space, or the needed character for another. Now moving back into drawing and painting, which I haven't done since college! Is this what they call the 'circle of life'? Okay, maybe just my version. Anyway, so now happily listing both my art and vintage items on Etsy and getting TONS of inspiration and enjoyment from all that I see around me on this site! If I could sum it up in one word: WOW!
