Welcome to Two Eggplants Studio! My name is Meilin and this is both my playground and canvas with soap material as well as colors and graphics on the computer.

While in school, I couldn't decide which major to give up so I double-majored in Psychology and Business Administration at the University of California at Berkeley. While I tried to find my way in the world, I became fluent in the language and nuances of office and retail real estate as I helped inspiring entrepreneurs find their perfection location. I also indulged in my inner geekiness by working in academic research in gauging effectiveness of teaching with high tech gadgets in the college classroom at MIT. I am most at home, however, playing with soap materials or with graphics software in my studio.

Nowadays, it seems like everything I see ends up in my ideas notebook for drawing graphics or party ideas. When I can tear myself away from drawing on the computer or making messes in the soap lab, I'm often found daydreaming within the pages of a good book or steeling myself to finish my fiction manuscript instead of drawing more graphics :).
