Painting, silkscreening, stencils, sewing, garage sales, thriftshops, prep to punk, good art and bad art, graffiti and garbage are my favorite things. oh ya... and tons of color.
Just a quick background on me.... in 1991 my partner and I started a vintage clothing store called True Grit... I was a thriftshop junkie for years and it wasnt a job.... it was love..... I still to this day get goosebumps walking in a thriftshop.... so fun scoring cool stuff.... the vintage store turned into a highend boutique and we started to design more of our own clothes... Since I loved graphics and collecting old mags... teeshirt printing was easy and a blast....
I got out of retail and became full time artist.... big silkscreens, small screens, mayhem, clean, colorful etc style... and still to this day use a bit of my painting ideas in clothing design along with hand...
