about Christine

Christine is a design student at Academy of Art University and will complete her degree in Interior Architecture and Design in 2012. She has worked in galleries and for designers and continues her study of fine arts and design both through school and in her personal time. Christine's artwork can also be seen at christinesharpcrowe.com.

Christine is the organizer of Indie Emporium, an art/craft/fashion show that takes place each October in Tulsa, OK. She is also the founder of make:Tulsa and a founding member of the Tulsa Craft Mafia.

When not creating or planning indie craft events, Christine enjoys blogging (http://www.weatherandnoise.net), running her shop (made; The Indie Emporium Shop), baking, music (Jenny Lewis, Bon Iver, Fiest, The Besnard Lakes, Band of Horses, Regina Spektor, Fiona Apple, etc) reading design blogs, obsessively browsing textiles online, watching Glee, & spending time with her husband Thom.
