Welcome to ~*White River Samplers*~

Our shop offers finished goods for all those who have a passion for sewing, cross stitch, punch needle, and embroidery. We love everything Primitive, Folk Art, Vintage, and most of all Handmade items. My name is Doreen and I am sharing this shop with my sister (Sheri) and mother (Ethel).

Mom has always enjoyed sewing. When we were young she made all our clothes and taught us how to sew. Her passion for sewing turned this city girl into a shopkeeper, owning her own business dedicated to all things handmade, in the beautiful Ozark Mountains. Though retired, she still loves to sew and will offer a variety of items.

Sheri loves to spend her days cross stitching samplers, diddy bags, pinkeeps, and many more wonderful items. Her first love is Halloween. So, please be sure to check out the Halloween section for a great selection of items to decorate your home or office. Sheri is always looking for that next new pattern and will share the creativity of others through her finished items, ready for you to display.

And for me, I have a passion for punch needle and embroidery. I like to use hand dyed wools for various projects and I try to select patterns that are primitive and plan to create some of my own designs in the near future. My creativity comes in the form of jewelry, so please check out the Jewelry section for one-of-a-kind pieces.
