I love many creative mediums, though working with fiber to create clothing, both through sewing and knitting, is my favorite. I also love to work in my organic garden, embroider, practice yoga, try to be a good steward of the earth, and eat chocolate.

My love of creating met my passion for the environment and women’s issues to birth A Crunchy Life. I’m a psychologist by training with a focus on the relationship girls and women have with their bodies. To me, feeling good about what you can DO with your body is so important. I believe that what you wear should allow you to move and be free without worry.
