Just Kidd'n handcrafts adorable, whimsical reversible clothing & accessories for infants, toddlers and kids in the Pacific Northwest. Please review these FAQ's for answers to most of your questions:

Q How long will it take to receive my order?
A Our typical turn-around time for most items is 14 to 21 days as each order is custom made. Most US shipments are sent via 1st class mail and take approx. 3 days to ship. Overseas shipments are sent via 1st class international mail and usually take a week to arrive, but sometimes may take up to 4 weeks. We are sorry, but 1st class international shipments are not trackable.

Q How do you fill out customs forms for international shipments?
A Custom forms are filled out with exact puchase information. International customers need to consider there may be additional taxes, duties or other fees required upon receipt of shipment. Please check with your local post office for fees.

Q What if I am unsure of sizing?
A Our size chart is shown below. You can always convo us too.

Q Do you make booties in bigger sizes?
A We currently are making size 0-3 and 3-6 month sizes only.

Q Do booties have non-skid soles?
A We have white gripper fabric we can use in place of the sole fabric on infant sizes. Please convo us with this request.

Q Do you wholesale your items?
A We are once again accepting a small amount of wholesale business. Booties are NOT included in our wholesale line.

Q Do you consign or drop-ship to retail stores?
A No we do not consign goods.

Q Do you offer samples for review?
A No, unfortunately we are unable to offer this service.

Q How do you wash Just Kidd'n clothing and booties?
A All of our items can be machine washed gently in warm water. We recommend hanging dry for best results. Touch up with a cool iron. Do not place a hot iron on snaps.

Q Do you donate to charities or other fundraisers?
A Just Kidd'n donates to specific pre-selected organizations. As such, we ask that you do not solicit us for donations.
