Shipping -
All items are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. All scarves are shipped USPS Domestic Priority Mail within the US and USPS International Priority Mail outside of the US.

Returns -
A lot of thought goes into my handmade items and I would like you to be pleased with your purchase. Please note that returns are considered on a case by case basis. Please contact me if you would like to make a return, along with the reason for the return. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving an item. All items returned must be in original condition, unworn, & unwashed. The purchase price minus any shipping costs* will be returned via paypal, after I receive the item. Buyer assumes responsibility for paying for shipping and making sure I receive the returned item.

* This is exact shipping costs incurred by me & may be slightly higher than the customer paid, including any insurance or delivery confirmation charges I incurred when shipping the item.
