+ Please contact us before paying if you are purchasing from Texas or Washington state--depending on which item(s) you buy, we might have to send you a revised invoice including sales tax.

+ Orders are almost always shipped out the following business day (sometimes the very same day if the order is placed in the morning). We make a special effort to ship out very fast during the holiday season. Exceptions to this might include special or custom orders, but we will always let you know if shipping will be significantly delayed.

+ If you're ordering multiple items and find that the shipping total doesn't reflect that when you check out, get in touch with us and we'll make sure you get a fair shipping price (this applies especially for international orders, since we sometimes can use a flat-rate envelope).

+ We often only list quantities of one at a time, so if you'd like a larger quantity of a certain design, please ask us. Chances are we'll have the amount you want.

+ We're happy to gift-wrap any item(s). Just let us know if you'd like us to do that.
