Bio
I am Debra Dufrene, DebiDeaux of DebiDeaux Designs - Flamework Glass. I am known for my complex, multi-layered, colorful beads and my funky, whimsical sculptural beads. I work in my home-based studio in the Algiers Point neighborhood of New Orleans. I also teach and share my love for flamework glass beadmaking at the New Orleans Creative Glass Institute (NOCGI) in MidCity at 3924b Conti St, New Orleans, LA 70119.
You can find me and my shiny little glass baubles at the Art Market of New Orleans presented by the Art Council of New Orleans in Palmer Park on the corner of S. Carrollton and S. Claiborne Avenues on the last Saturday of every month from 10am to 4pm.
