Thank you for visiting my shop! All jewelry is made in a smoke and drug free environment. I am also smoke and drug free, and proud to be.

Starry Designs is a jewelry boutique that features simple and classy jewelry for every woman. Choice of metal include argentium, sterling silver, gold filled, and occasionally brass. Gemstones, semi precious stones and fresh water pearls are paired with various metals to form jewelry great for many occassions.

Starry Designs was started in 2006 when the living room started overflowing with finished jewelry. With great support from family and friends, Starry Designs was registered as a business and became became full fledged. Currently, Starry Designs is run by an independent owner - Cindy Leong. Cindy is proud to have graduated from the Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Business Management (Marketing). She is currently pursuing a Master of Commerce in Electronic Marketing at University of Western Australia.
