Welcome to the crazycatladyMel shop!

Our home is smoke-free, and fabric for all tote bags and clothing (including Tshirts) is prewashed with scent- and dye-free detergent. It's probably obvious that I have cats; however, I endeaver to not let them nap on the fabrics ;-) Once an item is finished and posted, it's sealed in a plastic bag and stored in a drawer away from the beasties.

What you, the customer, can expect: I'm usually prompt and all that when it comes to shipping out orders (If you don't hear from me w/in a day or so, feel free to get in touch!). I like to package things up prettily and always include a business card and a little giftie of some kind. I'm happy to send gifts to third parties, like Secret Pals, etc., with a note from you. I will say that I'm not an expert or professional seamstress, so I can't guarantee perfectly straight seams, etc., but it's pretty good. I've honestly not received any complaints, either from the shop or from family and friends (and some of them are pretty vocal).
