Bio

I have had a life long interest in creating work with different stitching methods. My mother inherited her skills from previous generations and I have been fortunate to have benifited from her skills and ability to pass on her knowledge and enthusiasm. I am based in the North East of Scotland between Inverness and Aberdeen.

Payment is only accepted via paypal due to high bank charges for foreign transactions.

Shipping. We only have a post office in the mornings so your parcel will be shipped the morning after your payment is cleared. The same morning if your payment clears before 10.30 a.m.
If you are in the U.K. I will post 1st class.For everywhere else I will ship airmail. This takes up to 5 days for Europe and 5-7- days for everywhere else. These times are as provided by the post office.

Returns. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, or it has been damaged in the post, I will replace the item or refund the value of the item if you inform me by e-mail and return the item within 7 days of receiving it.

I live and work in a smoke free environment but do have a lovely Border Collie who occassionally visits me in my work room. Although I use mainly new packaging I will reuse padded or strong box packaging if it is in good nick. This is not meanness on my behalf, but just one of my little ways of helping the environment. You will see from my pricing that I don't charge for the packaging, just the postage.
