Ultra Deluxe is 1 part disco queen, 1 part action hero, with a dash of Bootsy Collins. Stirred, not shaken. Righteous threads for hot chicks and cool cats. This is the latest venture by Ms. Dynomite, as part of her secret plan of global domination through glitter, faux fur and arm warmers.

Etsy does not yet accept coupons at checkout. To accept coupons I do a simple little work-around by sending a separate invoice. :)
To redeem your coupon:
1) ENTER CODE: enter the coupon code in the Message to Seller box on the Order Confirmation screen
2) HOLD PAYMENT: do NOT send payment at the time of order (disregard the PayPal link at the end of the checkout process)
3) INVOICE: wait for my separate PayPal invoice with the adjusted discount
4) PAY: pay my invoice ASAP or I'll bop you with a fuzzy pillow

Etsy.com has a shopping cart that automatically combines shipping and calculates international shipping. You can now pay for multiple items from my Etsy store in a single purchase. You can also purchase from different sellers using the same cart. Each seller order will be listed separately in the cart. Check out the Helpful Tip below.
To use the shopping cart just follow these easy steps:
1) ADD: Just click the green Add To Cart button to place the items in your cart.
2) SHOP: If you wish to add more items click the grey Keep Shopping button -- you will be returned to the previous page.
2) CHECKOUT: When you are ready to checkout click the blue Shopping Cart link at the top of the site, then click the green Checkout button on the cart page.
3) ADDRESS: After you enter your address you'll see the shipping costs for for each order/store (each individual store is treated as a different order).
4) CONFIRM: On the Submit Order screen you can confirm your order(s), see combined shipping rates, and enter a Message to Seller (coupon code, specified size, notes regarding shipping, etc.).
5) PAY: The final screen will show your receipt. But you're NOT finished yet! Be sure to click the PayPal logo and send your payment for each store.
* * HELPFUL TIP * *
Here's a handy tip most people don't know. You can get a ton of info on your purchase by going to Your Etsy > Purchases. :)
* Check the status of your order -- (paid, shipped)
* View your receipt -- (cost, shipping address, store info, seller contact info)
* Review item details -- (click the name of the item to see the original listing)
* See important store notices -- (news, shipping times, return policy, etc -- click the Receipt link, then scroll to the bottom)

Shopping on Etsy requires an additional step of clicking through to the PayPal site. Checkout is not complete until payment is made via PayPal. To send a PayPal payment use the link on the payment page at checkout. You do not need to be a PayPal member to send a payment via credit card.
PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF ORDER.
THERE ARE NO LAYAWAYS OR PARTIAL PAYMENTS.
Items are in high demand and created in limited quantities. In fairness to to other customers:
* Payment must be received the same day as your order.
* Items not paid upon order will be canceled and relisted for other customers.
* If you experience problems with PayPal please notify me immediately.
* As per Etsy policy, non-paying buyers will be reported.
All prices listed in U.S. dollars. International buyers are wonderful and welcome. Please make payments in U.S. dollars, other currency cannot be accepted.

U.S. orders ship via 1st Class, prices include Delivery Confirmation. Insurance, Priority Mail and overnight shipping are available upon request. (See Insurance below for more info.) 1st Class shipments arrive within 3-7 days.
International orders ship via Airmail Letter post and include Certificate of Mailing. Insurance can be added where available. Larger purchases and items over $40 are shipped via Parcel Post with insurance included.
* TIMING
All standard items ship after payment is received and funds are cleared, approximately 3-5 business days from clear date. Made-upon-order and custom items begin once funds have cleared and ship approximately 3 weeks from the clear date.
The shipping schedule is based on my availability due to the demands of that pesky day job. Please let me know if you need earlier shipment date. :) For custom orders, creation and shipping time vary depending on the item.
* INSURANCE
Standard shipping does not include insurance, however insurance can be purchased for any order upon request. To protect your time-consuming and more costly items, insurance is required for individual items priced at $40 and more. When insurance is not available, the buyer will be responsible for loss or damage.
I'm afraid the small glitter lair of Ultra Deluxe is not equipped to provide refunds or replacements for loss or damage that occurs in transit. Ultra Deluxe items are always packed securely and with love. :) Any problems with shipment should be handled directly with the postal carrier. If you are concerned about the safety of your items I am always happy to add insurance to your order. :)

I want you to be happy, nay, thrilled with your Ultra Deluxe purchase. To help insure this, I provide detailed information in listings and have a high level of quality control for all items before shipment. Since care is taken pre-sale, items are handmade and designs are created in a small quantity I offer a limited returns policy:
* RETURNS:
Items can be exchanged for a different size of the same item, or returned for store credit within 2 weeks of delivery date. Custom orders are not eligible for exchange or return due to their specialness. :) Sorry, due to the reasons stated above refunds are not available except in the case of seller error (such as wrong shipment).
* EXCHANGES:
Size exchange applies to only the same design and color item. Size exchange is based on the availability of existing stock and is not guaranteed. If a size exchange is not possible store credit may be issued instead.
* STORE CREDIT:
Store credit is good for 6 months from the date of purchase, redeemable at this Etsy store only ( http://dyno.etsy.com ). Store credit may be used toward the balance of a future custom order.
* THE FINE PRINT:
Items must be returned within 2 weeks of delivery date (allowances will be made for international shipments as needed). Buyers are responsible for all shipping fees for exchanges or returns. To keep Ultra Deluxe, um, deluxe items must be returned unworn and in sellable condition. Please contact me to make arrangements beforehand: ultradeluxedesigns[at]yahoo[dot]com .

It is my aim that 3 things should survive a nuclear holocaust: Twinkies, cockroaches and Ultra Deluxe items. Yep, a bunch of Twinkie-eating, arm warmer-wearing irradiated cockroaches strolling around. ;)
All Ultra Deluxe items are guaranteed for 4 months from the date of purchase. Items are made to last much, much longer; however should an item need extra care during that time Ultra Deluxe offers free repairs. If you've snagged a knit, lost a button, found a seam has uncharacteristically unraveled, or discovered a rip just send the item back and I will do my best to fix the problem at no additional charge.

Etsy allows both buyers and sellers to leave feedback on a transaction. Feedback is optional and always appreciated. :) Feedback helps both parties create a solid history, allowing other members to feel more secure when considering a purchase or sale.

I make sure to leave feedback for all customers. In an effort to provide satisfactory service, I don't consider the transaction complete until any outstanding issues have been resolved for the customer. For this reason, I prefer to leave feedback after the order has been received. However, I don't withhold feedback, wait until a buyer has submitted first, nor submit retaliatory feedback. :)
