Jewellery satisfies both my need to learn and my need to create objects with my hands. I love mastering new styles and techniques, and love to mix colour and texture - in wirework and glass beadmaking, with stone and other materials. I think I've always had a bit of a tool fetish (grin!)

My two cats are raised in a smoke-free home ^_^ While I do check as best I can, the occasional kitty fiber may get into your package - even though the cats are at a separate physical location to my work, they have a desperate love affair with my clothes (whether or not they're freshly laundered or gym-sweaty) and I've not figured a way to keep my*self* kitty-fiber free.

The Jewellery...

...that is sold through this store and my other outlets is put together by me alone and examined for quality control before it is listed for sale. The metals I use are sterling silver (92.5% silver), Thai silver (higher pure silver content, usually 98%+ pure), 14K gold-fill, Vermeil silver (thick gold plate over sterling silver, usually 18K plate or above), and occasionally, solid copper or brass.

I strive to use the best quality materials for the price range of my pieces. Virtually all of my pieces are one-off designs! If you are seeking multiple copies of a design (for bridesmaids or the like) or a custom item please do contact me :)

If you're looking to buy wholesale, I'd be happy to accommodate you. Please send me a message and we'll chat about your requirements and the wholesale discount I can give you.

I try and charge as little as I can for postage. Items listed as $2.50 international postage indicate that they will be posted flat-packed in a padded bag. $5 international postage indicates that the item cannot go letter post (usually because letter post has a max. thickness of 20mm here in Australia and the item won't fit, sometimes because I believe a particular items needs the extra protection of a box) and needs to go parcel post, although half a dozen items will fit in this package! In this case, small items will get masses of bubblewrap, or be packed padded with peanuts in a small sturdy box.

(Note that insurance can be a pretty expensive add-on - insurance costs $7 as an add-on, and can only be put on parcel post items to the USA or UK, so minimum postage with insurance costs me at least $12.)

I post twice weekly. Please allow 3 days for postage of your goodies.
