Bio

I've lived in Michigan all of my 52 years on the Planet. Professionally, I'm a programmer for the textile industry (Computerized Embroidery Digitizer).
After I was laid off from a previous job, and going nuts with nothing to do, I started fooling around with off loom bead weaving. My then teenaged daughters were delighted with the piles and piles of spiral bracelets that I made. This skill morphed into other weaving techniques, which morphed into yet others still. I also make delightful little ankle bracelets, cell phone charms, earrings, and other such non-essential stuff. My experience in the embroidery industry had great influence in my use of color. I've recently been experimenting with combining embroidery with bead work, embellishing purses, hats, jackets, ect. ect. ect.
