Bio

Lustrongirl is named after the wonderful steel kit Lustron house from the 1950's I used to live in (and fell in love with) while in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Now back in Texas (where I grew up), and separated from my wicked-cool Lustron, I enjoy making funky earrings, necklaces, and bracelets--many of which reflect my love for all things retro and vintage. I'm also a creative writing professor (fiction!)and Mom to a fabulous punk-rock toddler named Ben (he loves the Clash! The Sex Pistols!)and a new baby girl named Harper.
