Hi there.
My name is Gaz (I only get called Gary when I'm in trouble!).
I live in Bromsgrove, which is about 10 miles south of Birmingham in the UK.
I started making my sweet treats about 5 years ago whe, fed up of compliments but no sales of my art (I do pyrography), I decided to start making sweets as the only person that ever seemed to sell anything at craft fairs was the sweety man.
I made up a recipe and, amazingly, it worked first time!
This christmas, I started making chocolates too and now I'm combining my handmade truffles with very posh Belgian Couveture.
