At MaryMo - Handmade we strive to bring beauty and whimsy to your day-to-day manner. We're inspired by grandma's linens, the smell of lavender, old books, rain, good wine, and a compliment from a stranger.
We have a careful eye for quality in details and hope that when one of our products lands on your doorstep; although unspoken, it will say, an unknown friend has kept you company today!

We work very hard on designing,packaging and on the marketing of our products. Handbag designs are dreamt up, designed, daydreamed about, patterns cut, re-cut and usually cut yet again before going into the shop. We hope that other sellers will respect our artistic originality.

We typically order fabrics and other materials in small amounts, we think that makes our products more unique and ever changing. If you see something you like, but you would love to get it in another fabric you've seen in our shop fell free to email us the suggestion. ;)

------- Washing & Care ------------------

Dry Cleaning is the preferred method of washing for our bags.
If you can't dry clean then we suggest hand washing with a mild detergent like Woolite and allowing to air dry. The fabric handbags will require a med to high iron after it's dry. Using tissue or a towel inside the bag while drying will help keep it's shape too.

I pride myself on leaving feedback for everyone who purchases something from our shop. We love to give positive feedback. We usually leave feedback after your package has left for it's new home. Please leave us feedback for the items you have purchased, it's the only way we have to show that our reputation is solid and positive.

------- Returns --------------------

You may return some unused items purchased at Marymo Handmade within 1 week of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 20 percent. No returns will be accepted after 1 week. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment (Paypal) within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
