THE BIO

Here at gray animal, we have a sincere appreciation for the grotesque, the absurd, and the abandoned beauties-- the Heroes, if you will, of everyday life. The people causing a ruckus at the Greyhound station, the people you switch lanes at the grocery
store to get a better look at, the unfathomable faces of patients at your doctor's office. This is what fuels gray animal's design philosophy. We make most items with a rough, unfinished feel; an urban blight feel that probably springs from being surrounded by a burdensome development boom. Other inspirations include: decades our grandparents lived through, nature, architecture, camping in the 1970s, atomic families on roadtrips to the Grand Canyon, and of course... food!

the greatest joy for us is dropping your package in the mail! we check tracking religiously, and we like to think we're just as excited for you to receive your goodies as you are :)
