let's see...what do you wanna know?

well, the name of the shop is Sumthings because it is the Sum of all Things me. i have a varied and eclectic love for art and handmade goods. i love to sew, make greeting cards, create block prints, Gocco printing, needle felting, photography, and watercolors!

i am a teacher by trade, but an artist by heart. i have been sewing since i was very young. my mother taught me how to sew my own gymnastics leotards when i was only eleven years old! i can't believe i was sewing stretch stitches, with Lycra and elastic at eleven!

i started Sammibag, Inc. a few years ago to scratch my sewing itch. You can find some of my handbags at my retail site. ::ssshhh...don't tell...but, i sell my bags below wholesale on etsy!:: it's our little secret! ::
