Bio

I've being doing art forever.
I remember being very young, watching my dad paint, using gift boxes with the sides torn off, as his canvas.I remember coloring a Banana in a coloring book, I was about 4 years old. I not only colored the Banana Yellow, but added the little brown streaks to it too. My sisters made a big fuss, that I would add such details at my young age. I still love seeing and smelling a fresh box of crayons. I was easily entertained as a child, with a simple pad of paper and pencil.

I am a self taught artist, and love experimenting with new techniques, and lots of color.
Art has always been my passion. It's thereputic, and relaxing. I can't imagine art not being a part of my life.
Color and shapes excite me. I make art for the sheer love of creating.
I work from my tiny little artroom/studio. It's filled with art supplies, books, and other things I love.
I am constantly inspired by my 3 amazing kids, wonderful family, and awesome friends.
When I'm not doing art, I also love photography, and digital art.
I love rainy days, and watching storms come in. I'm addicted to watching radar too, when a storm is approaching... I don't know why. : P

A perfect day?... rainy, in my artroom, and a fresh cup of Cafe Mocha, 70's 80's 90's "oldies" playing in the background, a bowl of M & M's.
