Momma (aka Linda Jaime), is a native of California who has worked in various artistic mediums from painting and decoupage to home decor and sewing. Being a creative senior citizen, she brings a vast knowledge of the arts and business. The creative force behind TPG, Momma's background in both retail and advertising and promotions brings unique style and taste to our little organization. She has an eye for detail, a passion for arts and crafts, and a keen eye for what will make people happy! She also acts as our primary marketing and supply researcher and can find information on virtually any product or idea within a very short time period.

Greg La Heist's recent foray into the world of art has turned him into something of a painter, using a variety of mediums. He joins our family with several years of management experience in both the entertainment and hospitality fields. He strives to produce the best and highest quality products for our buyers and hopes to explore other artistic mediums in the near future. He also serves as our liaison for all shipping and handling transactions and is awesome when dealing with computers and technology!

|| PAYMENT TERMS ||


>> How can I pay for my items?

Our preferred method of payment is PAYPAL. However, payments may also be made via snail mail with either a cashier's/traveler's check or money order payable in U.S. funds ONLY.


>> How can I pay for my items via PayPal?

If you would like to pay via PayPal, please use the online payment form through Etsy or contact us and we will send you a PayPal invoice.

When you are purchasing an item on Etsy, you are given the choice to select your preferred payment choice. If payment through PayPal is chosen, the payment is required immediately at the time of purchase. If you select this option via Etsy's checkout system, please follow the prompt to continue to PayPal and complete the order. If not, you will be sent a PayPal invoice before the order can be processed.

Also, if you would like to add an Extra/Specialty Service, please contact us BEFORE you buy an item and BEFORE you make your PayPal payment so that we can adjust the pricing quote. Thank you.


>> How can I pay for my items via snail mail?

To mail your payment, send your money order or cashier's/traveler's check in U.S. funds to:

To avoid your payment being returned, please make all checks & money orders out to one of these names: Brian Jaime and/or Greg La Heist. Please do not make checks & money orders out to "The Purrrfect Gift". All checks and money orders NOT made out to either of the names "Brian Jaime" and/or "Greg La Heist" will be returned and a $1.50 processing fee will be added to the item's total. Also, all traveler's checks should be left unsigned, or we cannot cash them and will be forced to return payment and assess a $1.50 processing fee to the item's total.


>> Are personal checks accepted?

Not at this time. All personal checks will be returned and a $1.50 service fee will be applied to the total invoice.


>> Do you accept credit/debit cards or electronic bank transfers?

Yes, via PAYPAL only -- you need not be a member of PAYPAL to use your card or send an e-check to make a payment.


>> How is shipping & handling calculated?

Some of our listings offer a flat rate shipping fee. If this is the case, you will only be responsible for paying the flat rate fee, which already includes the handling charge. If a flat free rate is not listed as an option in the item description, then you will be responsible for the total cost of shipping an item, as well as a nominal handling fee of $2.00. Also, note that any item being shipped outside of the Continental U.S. is subject to different shipping terms per location. For example, all international buyers are subject to a $1.00 fee for "Certificate of Mailing". For a more accurate quote on shipping outside of the 48 states in the Continental U.S., please e-mail us with your location and any other pertinent information BEFORE you make a purchase. (Please see the Shipping & Handling Terms below for more detailed information on shipping & handling.)


>> Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

At this time, it is impossible for us to offer refunds to our customers. In the future, we certainly hope to be able to offer this service. Currently, all items listed are listed as "As Is" and are sold as such. However, we guarantee you will be satisfied with your purchase and the services which we provide. All items are represented in their actual state and are labeled as "new" or "used" and their condition is stated based on our honest judgment. We try to never misrepresent any item and will respond to any misrepresentations you may feel have been presented via one of our listings.

Exchanges are offered to our buyers in very rare situations. If you would like to discuss exchanging an item, please e-mail us.


>> What if I have a coupon code?

Notify us with your coupon code BEFORE you pay for your purchase. We will then adjust the total on the invoice and re-send it to you for payment. This applies to both PayPal and Snail Mail payments. You may only use one coupon offer per purchase (unless otherwise noted on the coupon).

|| SHIPPING & HANDLING TERMS ||


>> What are your terms for shipping & handling?

The buyer's within the Continental U.S. (48 states) will either pay a flat rate shipping fee OR all shipping & handling costs from California (zip code 91792) depending on what is indicated in each individual listing.

Note: A handling fee of $2.00 is added to ALL shipping charges and is already included when shipping is offered at a flat rate fee.


>> When do you typically ship your items?

Any item paid for by week's close, SUNDAY, will ship by the following WEDNESDAY. This does not apply to Express Mail orders, which will ship immediately after payment has been made.


>> What shipping provider/service do you use to ship your products?

All items shipped within the U.S. will be sent via USPS Priority Mail OR USPS First Class Mail (please read each individual listing for which service will be used). All items must be shipped and are only available for pick up if noted in the actual listing or worked out BEFORE payment has been made.


>> What about international buyers?

All international buyers who decide to insure their packages will have their items shipped via USPS Global Express Mail ONLY. All uninsured international packages will ship via USPS Global Priority Mail ONLY. Also, a $1.00 charge is added to all International postage for a "Certificate of Mailing".


>> Do you offer Express Shipping?

Yes. If the gift needs to be delivered sooner than later, we offer an Express Shipping service via the USPS for an additional charge. For Express Mail Services, please e-mail us BEFORE you make your payment for price quotes.


>> Do you offer insurance?

Insurance is optional and available on all items shipped within the U.S. (50 states). We highly recommend that all items, which sell for $100+, be insured, but this is at the discretion of the buyer. International bidders & buyers (all those outside of the Continental U.S.), please e-mail us for shipping & handling information and specify whether or not you would like insurance. All international buyers who decide to insure their packages will have their items shipped via USPS Global Express Mail ONLY. All uninsured international packages will ship via USPS Global Priority Mail ONLY.


>> Do you offer Delivery Confirmation?

Yes. Delivery Confirmation is free to all buyers within the Continental U.S. and enables both buyer and seller to track the status of a package via the USPS website. Per USPS terms, international buyers are not eligible for Delivery Confirmation and, therefore, we charge an additional fee of $1.00 for a "Certificate of Mailing". A "Certificate of Mailing" ensures that there is proof that the package was indeed mailed out and is verified by the postal employee who witnesses said act. Since there is no tracking available for international packages, this is the safest method of shipping for both buyer and seller.


>> What if there are no shipping & handling terms outlined in your listing?

If there are no shipping & handling instructions listed for an item, please do not make up or estimate the shipping cost -- it will only complicate the process. Please wait for our invoice/e-mail or e-mail us regarding this BEFORE you make your purchase and we will expedite this process in a timely manner.


>> Where will you ship items?

We ship world-wide (in most cases).

We will ship items to any address; however, "Signature Confirmation" will be required (at cost to buyer) for any items shipped to an address other than the one the buyer has listed on Etsy/PayPal. (This includes gift addresses.)


>> Are items available for pick-up?

The only time items are available for pick-up is when that option is offered in a listing or worked out BEFORE purchase. Most of our listings are NOT available for pick-up and only available via the outlined shipping methods. Occasionally, we will list an item for pick-up only, but these occasions are very rare and we will note it in our listing.


>> Do you offer combined shipping discounts?

Yes. Always. If you purchse more than one item from our Etsy storefront, please let us know BEFORE you pay for your purchases and we will send you one invoice for the entire amount with a combined shipping & handling rate. This does not apply to multiple purchases shipped to different/various locations. All items combined MUST be shipped to the same location in order to receive the combined shipping discount.

Note:
Any items purchased with combined shipping that have different shipping methods listed, will be sent at the upgraded USPS Priority Mail rate ONLY.


>> What if I have a coupon code for free/combined Shipping and/or Handling?

>> What if I would like to send this item to someone as a gift?

We offer Gift Wrapping Services at an additional fee (which varies per item). Gift wrapping service includes unique gift wrapping (with a decorative box, paper or cellophane wrap - depending on the item) and a card with the message of your choice. If the gift is to be sent to an address other than the address listed in your Etsy/PayPal profile, "Signature Confirmation" will be required (at cost to buyer).


>> What if I need my gift to be delivered ASAP?

If the gift needs to be delivered sooner than later, we offer an Express Shipping service via the USPS for an additional charge (varies per item). (Please see the Shipping & Handling Terms above for more detailed information.)


>> What if I would like my package sent through a different postal carrier or service other than those offered in the listing?

We currently ship through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) ONLY. On some rare occasions (such as with large, bulky items) we will ship via UPS or freight, but it is not common. If you are dissatisfied with the postal methods we offer, please send us your ideas!

Also, some item listings offer USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail rates, depending on the item(s). All USPS First Class Mail rates may be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail. However, any item(s) listed at a USPS Priority Mail rate cannot be downgraded to a USPS First Class Mail rate. Any items purchased with combined shipping that have different shipping methods listed, will be sent at the USPS Priority Mail rate ONLY. If you would like to upgrade your USPS First Class Mail rate to USPS Priority Mail rate, please contact us before you make your payment.


>> What if I would like to customize my gift?

In some cases, our items can be customized with any name of a person or business. To find out whether or not an item can be customized, please send an inquiry and we will promptly reply OR check each listing for the Extra/Specialty Services offered for that item. We offer this customization service to you for a small fee, which varies per item.


>> What if I want an item in a different color?

In some cases (as with frames on clocks or pictures), we can create the item for you in a different color. Sometimes we can do this free of charge and other times it may cost a little bit extra, but it varies per item. Please send an inquiry about the item, and we will let you know if this can be done and what the cost, if any, will be.


>> When should I contact you about adding/requesting an Extra/Specialty Service?

Please allow us enough time to thoroughly address your wants and needs. Send us an inquiry with your specific request BEFORE you make a purchase or immediately after. We prefer that you contact us through Alchemy with specifics on any custom orders.


>> What if I have a coupon code for a free Extra/Specialty Service add-on?

We highly value all feedback and read/consider everything left for us on any of our online venues. In most cases, positive feedback will be left immediately after payment has been made. We would very much appreciate it if every buyer would return to Etsy and leave us a feedback rating for items purchased.
