Bio

My formal education is in Interior Design. I feel like jewelry pieces are mini architectural structures. I decided to make a change from designing environments that enhanced my clients' lives to designing adornments that enhanced my clients' personal images.

I design and construct each piece of jewelry myself. I have studied metal work at the Arkansas Arts center under some very experienced metalsmiths including Thomas Mann.

My designs use sterling silver, brass, 14K gold filled and/or 18-24K gold vermeil metals; semi-precious gemstones; Swarovski crystals (many are rare and vintage) and Swarovski pearls; glass and other various vintage materials. I believe in the philosophy of "repurposing" and re-use existing materials where I can. My pieces are modern expressions and each one is constructed with a strong focus on craftsmanship. Every creation is meticulously finished to last a lifetime with the proper care.
