Lucky Duck Designs is home to a collection of sweet and thoughtful cards for you to share with loved ones near and far.

Below are some commonly asked questions (and answers!) regarding my shop. Please don't hesitate to contact me if the question you have is not addressed here.

When and how will my purchases be SHIPPED? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Most items are shipped within 24 hours of payment through first-class USPS. If there is a delay for any reason, I will contact you with an adjusted ship date. In both instances, I will send you a convo through etsy to let you know when your items were delivered to the post office.

If you would like your items shipped via another method (priority mail, for instance), you can include this request in the notes at checkout, or in a follow-up convo. I will adjust your invoice to reflect the additional shipping charges.

Are your LITTLE CARDS large enough for MAILING?

Yes. Though some of our cards are smaller than many (3.25 x 4.25 inches), they are large enough to mail through the US postal system.

What is the LUCKY DUCK STUDIO like?

All Lucky Duck cards are made in my home studio. This is a pet-free and smoke-free environment.

Do you take CUSTOM ORDERS? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I love producing custom orders and have done many for etsyians! You can browse the ‘sold items’ link in my etsy shop to see examples of the special orders I’ve done in the past.

Yes! If you refer someone to my etsy shop, and he or she makes a purchase, I’ll send you an e-coupon for a free individual card of your choice. To participate, just ask your friend to include your name and email address in the notes at checkout!
