I am an extremely experimental jewelry designer, I like making pieces that are extremely attention-grabbing, possibly stemming from my desire to have people comment on them when I wear them so that I can talk about them... I love finding unusual objects and working them into my pieces, like skate keys, mah jongg tiles, or cog mechanisms from broken watches. I like inviting people to look at familiar objects as decorative pieces of craftsmanship by giving them new context and beauty.
