Hello, hello!

My name is Rebecca, and I make purses. Most people (me included) dream of doing something creative for a full-time job.

Well, I dared to make my dream a reality back in 2003, and here I am. I love my job, I love my life, and I am so thankful for everyone who has supported me and my business and helped to get me where I am.

I am persnickity about my bags: I source as many American-Made materials as I can, I test every design before I sell it, I am hard on bags myself so I design my bags to stand up to daily abuse, and I think from my customer’s perspective to include little details like lots of pockets and wipe clean nylon linings.

I am an environmentalist and believe that American-Made is the only way to go, which is why I personally sew each and every bag myself in my Bellingham, Wa workshop. This is also why I use vinyl as opposed to leather: not only is it super functional, wipe clean, low maintenance, water-proof, animal friendly (I’m a vegetarian) and extra-durable but did you know cows are the largest producer of methane gas in the world? Forget that Prius, buy a vinyl bag instead!
