Welcome to Synesthesia Designs!

All the one of a kind jewelry you see here is handmade by Leah and Maria, using only the finest materials including natural gemstones, glass & crystal, wood, metal (sterling or gold fill is available for custom orders upon request, however to keep prices reasonable for our customers we use silver tone and gold tone metal components in our finished pieces). Vintage beads may also be used, which give added interest to certain pieces. However, most of the time, pieces made with vintage beads cannot be duplicated exactly.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Custom orders are welcomed at Synesthesia Designs, however, due to the constant change that the bead market undergoes almost every day, certain bead styles may not always be available, in fact some styles we may only get once, in which case substitutes will have to be made. However, we will work closely with the customer to make sure we make their custom order personally theirs - beautiful and one-of-a-kind.

MODIFICATIONS:

For orders concerning existing pieces, modifications such as shortening a necklace or bracelet, ect. please email us with what you need and we will be happy to accomodate you. Please be aware that in some cases (such as adding length or a more elaborate clasp, ect.) you may be charged a materials fee.

COUPONS:

If you are using a coupon, please enter the code in the buyer comment area. Ignore the automatic invoice sent to you and wait for us to send you an updated invoice before sending payment.

SHIPPING:

Our standard shipping method is USPS First Class, but if you would like us to use a quicker alternative please let us know when you buy and we will send you an updated invoice. The same goes for insurance. Let us know in advance if you would like to purchase it.

RETURN POLICY:

Damaged items - any item received damaged in-transit, can be returned to us for repair free of charge. You pay shipping back to us, and we will gladly pay to ship back to you.

Undamaged items - The pictures of all of the items we have for sale depict exactly what the item looks like, and the item description will always tell the materials and measurments of a piece. Basically, *what you see is what you get*. If, for some reason, the item you receive is not as you expected, please contact us within fourteen days of receiving your item and we can arrange for you to return your unworn jewelry for store credit/exchange only. Buyer pays shipping both ways.

REPAIR:

We take great pride in our jewelry, using high-quality materials and making every piece as strong as possible to withstand normal wear and tear. If after normal wear an item you purchased requires repair, within three months of purchase, we will be happy to fix the jewelry free of charge, minus the cost of any significant material replacement.

INFO ON PAYMENT FOR THOSE NEW TO ETSY:

Some clarification for completing your purchases (it can be a little confusing)... Just hitting the "Buy" button is not enough, you must send some sort of payment for the transaction to be considered complete! If you would like to pay with Paypal or with a credit card, simply click the Paypal link and scroll toward the bottom. Select the Paypal or credit card option and click continue and you're on your way! (it is not neccessary to actually have a Paypal account to use a credit card through Paypal.) For those of you paying by check or money order, please let us know this promptly by email or in the buyer comment section. Checks or money orders must be sent out within 5 days of purchase.
Item(s) will not be sent until the check clears. Not paying within a week of purchase will result in negative feedback left and the transaction reported to Etsy.

FEEDBACK:

After receiving your item(s) from us, we would appreciate it if you could leave us some feedback! It could be about the item, the packaging, the shipping time, or whatever else you would like to say. The feedback system here on Etsy is similar to the one utilized on Ebay, and the more feedback a seller or buyer has, the greater their reputation, and the more likely people will be to buy from or sell to them. If you are having trouble locating just where the heck you need to go to leave feedback, look no further! Login to Etsy and then go to "Your Account" and then "Feedback" (right up at the top under "Your Etsy Account"). It will tell you if you have any items awaiting feedback. You may choose to leave a positive, neutral, or negative rating, and a comment if you so desire. If you were planning to leave a neutral or a negative rating, please contact us first to see if there is any way we can rectify a problem. We always leave feedback! Positive feedback is always a nice thing to get, so if you like what we sent ya, then show some love! <3
