Bio

Formally trained in enamelwork but currently addicted to bookbinding and gorgeous Japanese Washi, Yuzen and Chiyogami paper.

I was born and raised in the beautiful US state of Massachusetts and moved to the Netherlands in 2001 to be with my Dutch husband. We are the proud parents of a beautiful baby boy who joined our family on June 17th, 2008 via adoption.

My one of a kind books are meticulously bound and durable. I always use acid-free, handmade cotton rag paper for pages from Khadi Papers in Karnataka, South India (www.khadi.com) unless otherwise specified.

I love making beautiful things that others might enjoy giving or receiving and hope that each item reflects that.
