Bio

Stephanie Tardy has been making colorful and one-of-a-kind paper goods and collage art work under the name Phantom Limb since 2005. With the motto "The Stuff You're Missing," many of Phantom Limb's products are made from reclaimed paper culled from unusual sources.

Tardy founded the indie craft collective Handmade Detroit and the Detroit Urban Craft Fair, now in its fourth year. She is also a member of the social crafting group Loop. In 2007, she was named a "20 in their 20s" by Crain's Detroit Business.
