mudpies couture is the creative endeavor of me, artisan cris robin: lifewise learner, companion of four unschooled offspring and granddaughter kaylee, and homemaker for 25 years. I learned to sew at ten years old by my mama's knee, learned to crochet from my gramma at the camp on johnson's pond, and taught myself beading last year while watching movies along with my daughter madeline.
