belle étoile is the brainchild of R. Marie Ost, who has been making jewelry since high school, and perhaps earlier. Her mother ran out of money to buy her jewelry, but is still her number one fan. And Marie is always looking for more fans!

belle étoile is an in-home operation, but believe you and me, Marie would love to expand. She is a silly girl, but loves to be creative. belle étoile is also the one-stop shop for unique works of wearable art...you'll not find any copy-cats here!

R. Marie Ost is 24 years old, and has been doing the art thing for most of her life. She blames her mom. She also blames a love of beads and crafting on those PBS shows, too. The point is, she's addicted. And that's a good thing.

I -love- doing special orders. Love love love it. If there's something you like, but it's the wrong colour, shape, or even metals, or you want a custom piece, I'm always willing to do one. Please convo me, and I'll work out the details with you.

PAYMENT

I take payment through PayPal only, HOWEVER, I am always open to a trade worth $20 or less. All trades must be equal in some way (otherwise, I won't approve it).

Please pay when you buy, or convo me so that I know you intend to buy it.

If your item is not paid for within three days, I will consider it unwanted, and will repost. This includes custom items.

SHIPPING

I ship using USPS First Class for domestic orders, and Airmail for international. Because I ship First Class/Airmail, it means that I will not charge you for shipping, UNLESS you would like your items faster. If this is the case, please convo me, and we will work out payment. I ship on Fridays, generally, though I can make special arrangements to have your item to you as soon as possible.

I package everything as carefully as I can in sturdy boxes or bubble mailers, depending on the size, so that your order gets to you in the condition in which it left my workshop. If your item arrives in poor condition, please send it back, and I will either fix it, make arrangements to return your money, or make you a piece of equal value.

RETURNS

Not satisfied by your item? It's understandable. If this ever happens, you have fifteen days to send the item back, plus all original packaging, back to my workshop with your reason for returning. Items may not have been worn, used, or otherwise abused (and trust me, I can tell), otherwise, I will not refund your PayPal account.

Custom orders are final, due to their nature of being custom products.
