I am a mixed media artist working on the East Coast. I split my engeries between fiber (felting/knitting/quilting) and mixed media.

Kitty Black Designs is the handle I use for my utilitarian items. Stephanie Cake represents my fine art pieces.

My mixed media pieces are somewhat of a wild card - they may be small jewelery/objects (I am a classically trained silversmith) constructed of found items and silver, shrines/assemblages or dimensional collages.

I dabble in other stuff too. I have a very short attention span so you never know what you might find here. Rest assured, its all good.
