Diane Schwob Zubrick received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and her art teaching certification from Wright State University in Dayton. She has been a Designer and Art Director for Gibson Greeting Cards and also freelanced designs for bedspreads for Whiting Manufacturing, wallpaper for Sanitas and fabric patterns for Totes, all of Cincinnati.

In 1988, Diane started her own company, Applecreek Redware Pottery and has sold Redware Pottery at retail Fine Art and Folk Art Shows in six states. Her pottery has been collected and sent worldwide. Diane is listed in the Early American Life Magazine's 200 Best Traditional Craftsman in America for 2002 and 2003.

Her designs have always been influenced by the folk art and patterns of people of different countries, especially America in the 1700's and 1800's.

In 2007, Diane started creating fused glass. She is enjoying fusing images and designs inbetween layers of the glass.

Diane also teaches school as an elementary art teacher
