Welcome to Tea Noir - artisan teas with an edge!

Tea is a way of life around here. We talk tea, live tea, and, obviously, drink tea a lot. But we noticed after awhile that all the teas on the market are the same - and that gets boring.

So we started blending our own, using only premium leaves (FOP for preference, for all you teaheads) and the best ingredients. We think you'll notice the difference the first time you open a pouch of Tea Noir tea - the scent alone will knock you over!

What's up with the names? The Tea Mistress has a thing for classic noir films and, well, you don't mess with your caffeine dealer. She blends 'em, she gets to name 'em.

All our teas are blended to order, to ensure freshness. Of course, this also means that we can custom blend something just for you! If you see a tea that has an ingredient you hate, or you have a tea blend you've always wanted to try, let us know. We can work with you to create a perfect tea.

NOTE: Tea Noir blends are created in a facility that also processes nuts, dairy, and other potential allergens. Drink at your own discretion. If you have any allergies, PLEASE let us know. We can work with you to create a blend that you can enjoy.

PAYMENT
Tea Noir accepts PayPal (credit cards and e-checks) and postal money orders. Money orders and e-checks must clear the bank before your order will ship.

Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. International buyers are very welcome! Please make payment in U.S. dollars; other currency will not be accepted.

SHIPPING
Each of our artisan teas are custom-blended to order, so you know you're getting the freshest, most delicious tea out there. Most blends will ship within 5 business days of payment/payment clearing.

We ship twice a week, on Tuesday and Friday. During busy times, such as the winter holidays, we ship more often. If there's going to be a delay in shipment, we will contact you to make arrangements.

All items ship via United States Postal Service, first class with delivery confirmation. International orders will go out via regular Airmail (Canada) or Global Priority (everywhere else).

If you would like to choose a different shipping method, please contact us for an updated invoice.

PROMOTIONS
If you have a promotion code, please enter it in Note To Seller when making your purchase. DO NOT PAY IMMEDIATELY. You will receive an updated invoice with the promotional price.

Promotions are good on posted item prices only; shipping is a fixed amount.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To ensure your satisfaction, Tea Noir does have a limited return/exchange policy. Do not mail items back without a Return Authorisation! Please contact us within 5 days if you are at all unsatisfied with your product and we will do our best to work with you.

All shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.
